Recipharm is a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in the pharmaceutical industry employing over 7,400 employees. We offer manufacturing services of pharmaceuticals in various dosage forms, production of clinical trial material and APIs, pharmaceutical product development, and the development and manufacturing of medical devices.
Main Responsibilities- Safety Program Development: Collaborate with Site Leadership to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety and compliance and to instill behaviors that establish a safety-first culture.
- EHS Functions Management: Lead the management of all environmental, safety, and industrial hygiene functions, services, and resources to support our Watertown site.
- Incident/ Accident Investigations: Conduct assessments and inspections as required for environmental and safety regulations and continuous improvement.
- Qualifications: Minimum B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Safety Science, or other related scientific/engineering degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years of environment and safety experience required, EH & S experience in the biomanufacturing industry required.
