About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Senior Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth through partnerships and enabling Visa Direct.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines and will be able to drive significant future market growth for Visa. This is a unique opportunity to help build a new ecosystem in the fast-moving world of payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable solutions by working with cross-functional stakeholders including Cluster VD leads, Legal, Finance, Client Support (CS), Risk, Compliance, AML, and other product teams across Visa.
  • Create a go-to-market strategy that entails opportunity sizing, market and competitive analysis, value propositions, and partner growth recommendations.
