We are seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Partner Development Manager to join our high-performing commercial team in Stockholm. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the gaming industry.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with your account portfolio, including wider commercial relationships. You will utilize tools and commercial acumen to develop and deliver results within your account portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and partner objectives.
  • Stay ahead of gaming industry developments, including upcoming releases and market trends, to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate contract discussions with publishers, ensuring balanced agreements that deliver value for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in business development, account management, or related roles, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Swedish, enabling clear and professional interaction at all levels.
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management skills, capable of representing Exertis Ztorm with confidence and professionalism.
  • A deep understanding and genuine interest in the gaming industry, including trends, digital distribution dynamics, and market drivers.
  • Attention to detail in managing contracts and onboarding processes.
  • A natural team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, building synergy across departments.
  • The ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on operational tasks to meet evolving goals.
