Responsibilities

The Nordic Sales District Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to overachieve sales goals while maximizing the profitability of the business. The focus is to develop and grow the business in the Nordics aligned with the sales plan. To achieve this, the manager should be able to drive and coach the team in several critical areas:

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and engagement across the Keysight organization.
  • Coach the team to increase the mix of Software, Solutions & Services.
  • Proactively prospect assigned and new accounts to develop business and find opportunities for engagement.
  • Ensure account managers create account and business plans that drive growth and engagement across the Keysight organization.
  • Utilize the Keysight Leadership Model to drive a growth mindset across your organization, creating and developing a diverse and inclusive team of enthusiastic winning sales professionals.
Requirements
  • University degree: Bachelor/Master in either Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
  • Successful Test & Measurement sales experience in selling to the Nordic market, including selling to major accounts.
  • Valid European driver's license.
  • Language: Professional English level is required, as well as either Swedish or Finnish.
  • Deliver on plan (Quota Achievement).
  • Excellent understanding of the electronic T&M design & test market.
