About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Director to lead our product strategy and drive innovation across our digital platforms. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product roadmap, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that all decisions are driven by a deep understanding of user needs and behavior.
- Represent the company in product-related discussions, partnerships, and client and customer engagements internally and externally.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and analytics, to deliver high-quality products.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned product leader with a proven track record of success in leading product strategy, development, and execution in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. You should have:
8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital product management best practices, user experience design principles, and agile development methodologies.Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, shape, and grow product leaders and teams through change.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives and OKRs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.About Hemnet
