Job Overview

This Inside Sales Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will support Business Development Managers (BDMs) in managing back-office sales tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with BDMs to update and maintain CRM records, ensuring efficient sales pipeline management.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify customer needs and match them with product solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Automating Repetitive Tasks: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive sales tasks and streamline workflows.
RequirementsKey Qualifications
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
