Senior Customer Experience Manager

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and drive strategies to improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the Product team to inform ongoing improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in Customer Success or Key Account Management.
- Results-oriented approach and strategic thinking.
- Ability to navigate complex customer relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
