Job Description:

At TN Sweden, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to spearhead the development of our B2B platforms. As the driving force behind this project, you'll be responsible for crafting a seamless and positive online experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities include optimizing the customer journey, executing initiatives and enhancements, and acting as a stakeholder to the operative team and other relevant teams within Samsung.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1-3 years of experience working with similar tasks, previous experience with content management systems (CMS), and expertise in data-driven approaches.

Additionally, knowledge on how to set requirements to optimize the user journey, experience with backlog management, and project management skills are essential.

We're looking for someone who can work in Adobe Experience Manager to fix and request changes for the site, while also customizing the mapping of the sites.
