CatalystOne Solutions is expanding its sales team and is looking for a skilled Proposal Development Lead to manage and optimize the bid process. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in shaping how we respond to complex proposals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and project managing bid processes, from opportunity assessment to submission. This includes collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Security, Operations, and Consultants to gather the necessary input for each bid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine standardized bid documentation and proposal workflows to ensure scalability and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Utilize automation tools like Responsive (RFP automation platform) and Office 365 to streamline and enhance bid development.
Requirements

We are looking for a structured, quality-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys working collaboratively. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in bid management, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting.
  • The business acumen to understand customer needs, tailor proposals effectively, and contribute to overall sales success.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive processes forward.
  • Fluency in English is a hard requirement, as well as the ability to work across multiple markets and adapt to local differences.
