The Marketplace Expansion Advisor Role

This role involves providing strategic consultancy to a portfolio of Sellers, leveraging our solutions to drive business growth and program satisfaction. You will work closely with Sellers to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.
  2. Run business analyses to produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by interpreting customer data.
  3. Consult Sellers on opportunities derived and potential business impact, using comprehensive Amazon knowledge to leverage our solutions for Sellers' objectives.
  4. Become an expert in a specific subject within our service organization, supporting peers, inventing processes/tools to benefit internal and external stakeholders.
