Key Account Manager, ESM

Description:

Engineer the growth and optimization of established sellers on Amazon's global marketplace. Leverage data-driven insights and personalized support to help sellers expand their product portfolios, improve operational efficiency, and increase revenue across key business areas.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management & Growth:
  2. - Manage a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers-
  3. - Analyze account performance data to develop actionable growth strategies-
  4. - Conduct regular business reviews to track progress and adjust strategies-
  5. - Help sellers expand their product portfolio and reach across Amazon's marketplaces
  6. Strategic Support:
  7. - Build a joint annual strategy with specific Sellers-
  8. - Provide solutions for operational challenges while maintaining focus on sustainable growth
  9. Relationship Management:
  10. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations-
  11. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers-
  12. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller issues and implement improvements
  13. Program Development/Project Management:
  14. - Identify and implement scalable solutions that benefit multiple sellers-
  15. - Contribute to process improvements that enhance seller experience-
  16. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new seller tools and resources
  17. Become an Expert:
  18. - Own a specific subject within our service organization with the goal to support peers, invent processes/tools to the benefit of our internal and external stakeholders-

Requirements:

  • - Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required. Post-graduate education is recommended
  • - Preferably, work experience in top-tier level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail / ecommerce, Business Development, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Supply Chain Management or similar
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
  • - Strong analytical skills (including advanced excel and database analysis)
  • - Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
  • - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • - Highly organized and results oriented
