Ecommerce Business Development Lead

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Business Development Lead to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue across our portfolio of established Amazon sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  2. - Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue-
  3. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities-
  4. Account Management & Growth:
  5. - Manage a portfolio of existing Amazon sellers-
  6. - Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities for improvement-
  7. Strategic Support:
  8. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within seller organizations-
  9. - Provide expertise on Amazon's policies and procedures-
  10. Relationship Management:
  11. - Foster open communication and trust with assigned sellers-
  12. - Address concerns and resolve issues promptly
  13. Program Development/Project Management:
  14. - Design and implement scalable solutions to benefit multiple sellers-
  15. - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • - Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • - Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required. Post-graduate education is recommended
  • - 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • - Proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiency
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
