Role: Supply Chain Process Lead

Experience (Years): 15+ Years

Language requirement: Swedish & English

Must-Have:
  1. Business Process Lead with Strong process knowledge and experience in planning & conducting process workshops and do FIT/GAP analysis in Supply Chain
  2. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP Retail – Supply chain logistics processes (Procure to Pay, Order to cash for both retail and eCommerce flows)
  3. S/4 HANA Implementation experience is required
  4. Hand-On with Process modelling tools Signavio preferred, other process modelling tools
  5. Experience on representing in Process Board & Solution Design authority board on critical Process GAPs / Architecture solution review and decision documentation.
  6. Ensure Fit to Standard and govern clean core principles with technical architects
  7. Business process design documentation and coordinate with Process owners for review & ensure Sign-off
  8. Strong Knowledge on Procure to Pay & Order to cash processes – Inventory management, Handling Units management, Inbound & Outbound delivery, advanced ATP in S/4, Goods receipt & Goods issue processes, Standard EDI Integrations, Cross Dock and Flow through merchandise processes are required
  9. Knowledge on integrated processes with replenishment and allocation solutions, SAP EWM & 3rd Party WMS systems Integrations, Transport Management Integrations
  10. Global retailer with eCommerce presence, knowledge of eCommerce sales flow with ATP reservations & omni channel availability solution is required
  11. Experience / Capability knowledge on SAP EWM and any Transport Solutions & GTS trade services process exposure is preferred
  12. Work with Business and Change management lead to draw out Change Impacts list
  13. Understanding of LTMC and Data Migration capabilities to coordinate with data management team
  14. Understanding of role-based process design and Fiori role design coordination with Roles & Authorization team is required
  15. Hands on experience on Configuration in system is an advantage
  16. Functional design ownership on solution fitment meets process design and business requirement
  17. Good communication skills, problem solving mindset and cross functional coordination skills required
Good to have:
  1. Strong implementation Experience in SAP S/4 SCM.
  2. Knowledge in Retail business
