About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at BYD Sweden AB. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and partnership development.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing sales plans in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
  2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting BYD's products.
  3. Engaging in store visits, providing product demonstrations and sales support to drive sales performance.
  4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expanding possibilities within the retail channel.
  5. Maintaining awareness of competitor activities and market trends in the retail sector, providing valuable insights and recommendations to remain competitive.
  6. Tracking and reporting on retail performance, market feedback, and sales opportunities to the Head of Sales.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is beneficial.
  2. Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional Nordic languages is desirable.
  3. The ability to work effectively with diverse teams from various countries and cultural backgrounds.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Results-driven with robust analytical skills.
  6. A problem-solving attitude.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  8. A readiness to undertake regular business travels.
