Automotive Sales Expert

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at BYD Sweden AB. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and partnership development.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales plans in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting BYD's products.
- Engaging in store visits, providing product demonstrations and sales support to drive sales performance.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expanding possibilities within the retail channel.
- Maintaining awareness of competitor activities and market trends in the retail sector, providing valuable insights and recommendations to remain competitive.
- Tracking and reporting on retail performance, market feedback, and sales opportunities to the Head of Sales.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional Nordic languages is desirable.
- The ability to work effectively with diverse teams from various countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with robust analytical skills.
- A problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A readiness to undertake regular business travels.
