Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our Automotive team in Stockholm. As a key player in building one of the first large scale European battery factories, you will be responsible for driving customer relationships, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver superior products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer communication and negotiation on contract updates and change requests.
  • Main focus on delivery of existing contracts, while supporting new program acquisition.
  • Advocate for customers internally towards R&D, Factory, and supply chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • MSc in Engineering or Business.
  • 7 years of experience in sales and business development roles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to address everyone from working-level specialists to C-level executives.

  • Knowledge of the automotive and battery industry.
  • Start-up and growth company experience.
  • Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French, German).
