About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Experience Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the customer relationship across all solution segments
- Develop account strategy and partner with internal teams to define technical vision and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships through upsell and renewal efforts
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to position and communicate the value of Adobe products
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
