Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our European team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our existing customer base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Grow Existing Customer Base
- Utilize Allegro's existing sales channels to build relationships with current and prospective customers, driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
- Create New Business Opportunities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities for Allegro's existing products in the automotive and industrial markets, focusing on complex motor drivers, analogue and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.
- Identify and Close New Opportunities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and close new business opportunities, leveraging Allegro's existing products and services.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and decision-makers, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions.
- Provide Market Insights and Feedback
- Provide timely and actionable market insights and feedback to Allegro's management team, highlighting changes and trends in the market.
- Education and Experience
- BSEE or MSEE in Electronic Engineering (or similar) and a minimum of 5 years of related technical sales and customer management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Language Skills
- Native language and English (oral and written) are required.
- Technical Skills
- Solid sales experience with mixed Analog and Digital integrated semiconductors for power management, power interface, brushless DC motors, and sensor devices.
- Personal Qualities
- Dynamic and outgoing personality, with excellent team capabilities to operate synergistically within a global Allegro network of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing professionals.
- Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
- Good organizational skills and a willingness to travel (3-4 days a week).
