Job Description:
You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, identifying skill gaps, and developing training programs to improve our customer experience operations. This includes collaborating with teams, onboard new employees, and tracking training effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities:
- Investigate root causes for poor performance using data analysis and feedback.
- Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and design scalable programs.
- Develop multimedia training materials and onboard new employees.
- Track attendance and completion rates, and implement assessment methods.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and experience in training and knowledge management.
- Experience in designing and delivering training for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, G-suite, and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with SOPs, knowledge bases, and quality assurance principles.
