Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development professional to join our team in Scandinavia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Setting up annual sales targets and overall account plans.
  • Achieving sales targets, including transmission overhead line CICA solution and T&D insulator products.
  • Conducting market research, analysis and associated marketing activities.

You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources based on business requirements. This includes organizing meetings, audits, factory visits, and exhibitions.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the local transmission and distribution power grid markets. You should also have established relationships with key decision makers in the T&D market.

Requirements:

  1. Language: English, plus Local language in one of the above countries.
  2. Profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market.
  3. Strong relationships with key decision makers in the T&D market.
  4. Profound understanding of the local TSO market (market size, competition, market trends, etc.).
  5. Knowledge of local customers, procurement processes, decision making processes, key decision makers, etc.
  6. Knowledge of project management, marketing methodology, finance and human resources.
  7. Ability to carry out negotiations and technical discussions with engineering departments.
  8. Effective communication in English and local language.
  9. Availability to travel: meetings, audits, factory visits & exhibitions.
