Main Responsibilities:

As a Business Controller, you will be working with all Nordic Markets, supporting the Nordic business by preparing and analyzing business reports, collecting and presenting relevant data to provide a clear and accurate view of business performance and market trends. Your main tasks will be:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare Budget/Forecast in cooperation with local departments and formulate periodical P&L, cash flow projections, and business plans.
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver periodic reports to the Controlling Manager about the financial performance of the Company, prepare accurate reports to local and HQ stakeholders, and analyze variances versus Budget/SAF and previous years.
  • Business Analysis: Lead the financial analysis of a launch of new products or modification of existing products and any other business simulation, liaising with other departments.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships, respect reports, and adhere to deadlines shared with the headquarters in Luxembourg, including the Group Reporting department, Europe Area, and Multi-Country Region.
  • Team Support: Support the Controlling team, ensuring that development plans are in place to enable smooth achievement of departmental goals.
Your Profile:

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

  • A Master's degree in Business or Economics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a Headquartered function or international company.
  • Accounting & Controlling Skills.
  • IFRS principles knowledge.
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in a Nordic language is a merit.
