Business Line Manager

Are you ready to take on a challenging role in our Division Parts and Services? We're seeking a Business Line Manager to lead our sales and service operations in Northern Europe.
About the Job
In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales and service growth in our Northern Europe region. You will develop and implement key account plans and strategies to ensure profitable sales and service delivery. You will also lead sales management, including performance management and development of territory sales teams, and provide feedback to the Division on gaps in offering, performance, and quality.
You will conduct competitor analysis and identify actions needed to develop sales opportunities. You will proactively drive improvement actions with key stakeholders to secure new business and grow our business to achieve set targets.
You will be a member of the Sales Area Management team, engaging and participating in discussions and decisions for other functions. You will drive and build up an infrastructure for technical training of our service technicians and ensure we have the right competence, processes, and tools for a successful business.
The location for this position is flexible within North Europe, and travel is a central part of the job. We apply a hybrid work set-up, where you can combine office work with work from another location.
Your Profile
We're looking for someone with a relevant degree and a few years of experience in sales management. This involves driving complex service operations, preferably from the mining and construction industry. You have experience of working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional, and global teams, as well as knowledge of EHS practices.
