Job Title: Business Controller

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our Finance Team in the Nordic HQ. As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Nordic business by preparing and analyzing business reports, collecting and presenting relevant data to provide a clear and accurate view of business performance and market trends.

  • Prepare and analyze business reports to support the Nordic business
  • Collect and present relevant data to provide a clear and accurate view of business performance and market trends
  • Support the Controlling Manager and the CFO in financial analysis and report preparation
  • Manage prices and conduct price simulations to evaluate the impact of price changes on profit margins and market competitiveness

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a Headquartered function or international company
  • Accounting & Controlling skills
  • IFRS principles knowledge
  • Fluency in English is required, fluency in a Nordic language is a merit

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Advanced user of SAP FI/CO
  • Advanced user of Essbase/HFM
