About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Central Europe. As a key point of contact for customers, you will provide excellent support via phone and email, ensuring seamless experiences before, during, and after purchases.
Responsibilities include:
- Addressing customer queries related to orders, products, stores, and loyalty programs within specified guidelines using Service Cloud.
- Reporting issues to the E-Commerce teams and the Customer Service Manager.
- Handing over resolved cases and issues to the in-house team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we look for individuals who speak fluent German, with additional languages such as Dutch, English, or Swedish being beneficial. Previous experience in customer service or digital platforms is an advantage.
