Your Responsibilities

  • In the capacity of Service Manager, you will oversee a team comprising Field Service Engineers, Technical Support Specialists, and Hotline Specialists across the Nordic-Baltic region.
  • You will serve as the primary representative for your unit, acting as the first point of contact for all service-related inquiries from our customers.
  • Customer-centricity is essential; you will demonstrate this by conducting regular visits to key clients, managing critical business issues, and supporting manufacturing clients with their service needs. Additionally, you will develop tailored solutions and relay their feedback to the service organization.
  • You will be accountable for resource allocation and budget management while aligning and executing the service strategy within the region.
  • As the main liaison for escalated service cases, you will coordinate with the central service organization and drive continuous improvement initiatives in service processes, collaborating with headquarters to meet internal and external SLAs and KPIs.
  • We value development and training; you will receive comprehensive in-house training on our systems, tools, and company culture, while also planning training sessions for your team.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering or Economics, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar position, including team leadership and expertise in complex industrial equipment, preferably in the field of Additive Manufacturing.
  • Skilled in managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to align customer expectations with the company's delivery capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, operational, strategic, and financial management abilities.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, along with a willingness to travel.
