About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will lead the digital solutions Operations team, driving strategic roadmaps and setting individual goals for direct reports to ensure seamless operations. You will establish top-level service standards for local markets and customers, enabling business growth. Compliance, process efficiency, and collaboration with internal partners will be crucial to your success.
This is a line manager role based in Gothenburg, reporting to the Global Brand Director iQ solutions. You will be responsible for leading the digital solutions Operations team, defining strategy and individual goals, and establishing top-level service standards for local markets and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital solutions Operations team, defining strategy and individual goals
- Establish top-level service standards for local markets and customers
- Ensure compliance with regulations and directives
- Create and optimize process descriptions for the digital solutions operations' platform
- Drive development in critical areas such as Order to cash, ECP, Document Management, PLM/MM/UDI, and complaints handling
- Coordinate Production/Contract Manufacturing and Supply Chain/Logistics
- Collaborate with internal partners (Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Sourcing)
- Provide input for release planning, upgrades, and design changes
- Investigate product malfunctions and coordinate improvements
- Participate in audits, risk management, and health hazard evaluations
- Set up and lead the Supply chain Network for digital solutions
Requirements:
- An experienced leader with several years of experience within service design, digital innovation /solution development or in digitally related operation functions
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Analytical and process-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement
- Knowledge in Product Management and Business Process Management
