As our current Trade Marketing Account Manager will be on parental leave, we need someone to provide marketing support for ASICS' Key Account retailers. You'll be responsible for developing and executing activation plans that align with our marketing, sales, and account objectives, helping us achieve business-wide targets.
Based in our Nordic Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden, you'll become our in-house retail expert, a fountain of knowledge about the online and offline shopping experience. Your marketing expertise will be invaluable as you collaborate with our customers, agencies, and colleagues to deliver campaigns that stand out from the competition.
We're looking for a candidate who prides themselves on connecting with customers, championing consumer needs, and devising plans to maximize brand presence and sell-through. If you have a keen eye for detail and won't lose sight of strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver on-brand and locally-relevant trade marketing plans
- Liaise with retailers to recommend point of sale improvements
- Launch new products and brand initiatives according to strategy
- Evaluate and improve activities against objectives
- Be an active and supportive member of the marketing team and provide day-to-day support in executing the trade marketing plan & achieving our goals
- Collaborate with our sales team across a range of tasks
- Track budgets to ensure spending stays in line
We're looking for someone with a university degree in Marketing or a related field, minimum 2-3 years' experience in developing and executing trade marketing plans, and excellent presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders. Swedish and English language skills are a must, and Finnish language skills are an advantage. If you're a proactive and hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
