This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in the Swedish retail market. You will be part of a high-performing team, working closely with peers who are always striving to reach new heights and reporting directly to the Head of Retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive accelerated growth.
  • Managing the P&L for some of the largest Swedish accounts (ICA and Coop).
  • Preparing and driving the annual negotiations and operating plan for these accounts, negotiating and implementing promo plans.
  • Optimizing assortment, distribution, and rotation, including securing listings of new products to achieve growth ambitions.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to achieve high-reaching goals.
