At TN Sweden, we're seeking a highly skilled Nordic Channel Growth Manager to drive profitable sales growth in our Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel marketing plans to reach set goals and objectives.
  • Cascade, adopt, and implement the global channel strategy to local markets.
  • Manage and control local sales channel strategy, including developing business relations with channel partners.
  • Participate in the Nordic Cluster Management Team, driving channel topics and supporting overall Cluster priorities.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field. You'll need experience in managing customer relationships, preferably via distributors, as well as knowledge of channel marketing concepts and activities.

Additionally, you should have competence in Power BI and CRM-systems, and be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
