
Regional Growth Strategy Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced growth operations manager to join our Central Europe team. As a key member of our growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the operational backbone of the growth team, ensuring seamless collaboration between the Regional Manager and Sr. Growth Managers across different markets. You will support the execution of the company's marketing and growth strategy, driving initiatives that align with business objectives.
Job Requirements- Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.
- Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.
- A track record of developing and implementing effective processes.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in a growth marketing context.
- A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self-starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts.
