Customer Service Expert

As Sales Order Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our commercial transformation. You will maintain regular communication with business customers and distributors, collaborate with third-party suppliers, and register and review sales orders in SAP.
This is a temporary contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for managing complaints and monitoring the delivery of goods, as well as ensuring efficient and timely product order flow to our business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain constant communication with business customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers, including warehousing and logistics providers.
- Register and review sales orders in SAP.
- Handle complaints and monitor the delivery of goods.
You will also be responsible for managing eCommerce platform backend processes for restocking websites.
