At Qred AB, we're dedicated to providing exceptional customer support services to our clients. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our Swedish customers via all our inbound contact channels: phone, chat, and email.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage Inbound Customer Issues: You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving their concerns, and taking ownership of each interaction.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: You'll work closely with colleagues within and outside your team to drive improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: We're looking for someone with previous experience in customer service, preferably via phone and email.
  • Basic Knowledge of Financial Products: A basic understanding of financial products is essential for this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective customer interactions.
  • Proven Track Record: You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English: Fluency in both Swedish and English is required, as it's our primary business language.
