About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategy and growth of our Nordic region. As Executive Regional Leader, you will be responsible for positioning our lighting brands in the market, increasing market share, and maximizing sustainable profit growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the financial resources allocated to the region and team.
  2. Drive sales and profit targets, and implement strategies for sustainable growth.
  3. Maintain close relations with customers and team members, and take an active role in managing major/key customers and projects.
  4. Foster international exchange with different business functions, and liaise with Global Marketing, Sales, and other members of the Zumtobel Group.
  5. Develop and coordinate the implementation of the global sales strategy, in collaboration with the VP Sales for the Region.
  6. Communicate company decisions and processes, and ensure their effective implementation.
  7. Lead, develop, and appraise the management team, and inspire them to achieve individual and collective goals.
  8. Coordinate performance and talent development of direct and indirect reports, ensuring a consistent approach throughout the region.

Requirements:

  1. A proven track record of growing business, sales, and profits.
  2. Strong senior leadership skills, with a focus on people and culture.
  3. Clear experience within the lighting industry or similar, and extensive Nordic market knowledge.
  4. Fluent in Swedish and English, with experience of working with Change Management.
  5. Based in Stockholm or surrounding areas, with willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
