We are seeking a highly skilled French speaking customer support agent to join our team at Teamtailor. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various support channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through live chat, email, and occasional phone calls.
  • Solve technical problems and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with our tech team.
  • Advocate for customer feedback and ensure it reaches our product development department.
  • Identify, verify, and report bugs to our tech team.
  • Create informative self-service materials to empower our customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
  • Extensive customer support experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Analytical mindset and a passion for solving technical puzzles.
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional service and top-notch tech proficiency.
