Customer Support Role at Teamtailor
We are seeking a highly skilled French speaking customer support agent to join our team at Teamtailor. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various support channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through live chat, email, and occasional phone calls.
- Solve technical problems and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with our tech team.
- Advocate for customer feedback and ensure it reaches our product development department.
- Identify, verify, and report bugs to our tech team.
- Create informative self-service materials to empower our customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Extensive customer support experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for solving technical puzzles.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional service and top-notch tech proficiency.
