About the Job
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for helping onboard and support our customers, building strong relationships with our partners, and providing 2nd line support.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
- Experience from Bank or Fintech industry
- A 'tech-savvy' person
- A team player
- Fluent in English
