About the Job

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for helping onboard and support our customers, building strong relationships with our partners, and providing 2nd line support.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or technical customer support from the SaaS industry
  • Experience from Bank or Fintech industry
  • A 'tech-savvy' person
  • A team player
  • Fluent in English
