We offer comprehensive solutions that include job advertising, social media campaigns, and content marketing on our platform as well as through external digital channels. Our primary focus is to support our customers in filling PhD, postdoc, and professor positions while enhancing their recruitment strategies.

The Role

As an Account Manager at Academic Positions, you will oversee a portfolio of new and existing customers and effectively manage relationships to drive profitable revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities will be sales and customer relations in the German-speaking market, focusing on establishing new relationships and developing existing accounts.

Our clients are primarily universities and academic institutions in the higher education and research sector. You will leverage our expertise in higher education talent attraction to help our clients become better recruiters.

Academic Positions provides our customers with various services to attract international talents, such as job advertisement, employer branding, content marketing, and social media solutions. You will receive continuous coaching and sales training from the team to develop and improve your sales skills.
