The Role

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build and execute our revenue strategies across the customer journey. This is a key role that will have a significant impact on our business growth and success.

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and shaping the structure of Revenue Operations to ensure high sales efficiency and scalability.
  • Developing and managing internal reporting of key metrics, ensuring data consistency and integrity across departments.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance to provide impactful recommendations.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders and teams across all our markets to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Designing and managing sales incentive programs.
  • Working with leadership on revenue forecasting, planning, and goal setting aligned with company objectives.
  • Providing feedback and advising on process improvements across the sales and customer journey.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented individual with:

  • Prior experience in similar roles at fast-growing tech companies.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently across various teams and departments.
  • An academic degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in revenue operations is preferred but not required.
