The RoleWe're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team who will have the opportunity to shape the structure of our revenue operations and help our sales team scale efficiently. This role is crucial in levelling up our revenue game.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for building our revenue strategies across the customer journey. You'll streamline workflows, uncover gaps in how we measure performance, and define the analysis we need to stay ahead. You'll also keep all our commercial teams aligned and working together like a well-oiled machine.
Key Responsibilities- Define and shape the structure of Revenue Operations to ensure high sales efficiency and scalability as we expand across all markets.
- Develop and manage internal reporting of key metrics (e.g. pipeline, win rates) as well as ensure data consistency and integrity across departments for accurate reporting.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to provide impactful recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and teams across all our markets to provide impactful insights and recommendations.
- Design and manage sales incentive programs.
- Work with leadership on revenue forecasting, planning and goal setting aligned with company objectives.
- Continuously provide feedback and advise on process improvements across the sales and customer journey.
- Prior experience in similar roles at other fast-growing tech companies.
- A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently across various teams and departments to influence decision-making.
- An academic degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- Experience in revenue operations is preferred but not required.
