Field Sales Representative

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth for Wolt by expanding its customer base in the region. Key to this effort is building strong relationships with existing and new customers across three customer segments: Restaurants, small shops, and larger retail stores.

  1. Identify, acquire and build relationships with new business opportunities within the core segments.
  2. Travel to different cities to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential partners.
  3. Manage a pipeline, ensuring that all leads are being effectively pursued and prioritized.
  4. Collaborate with Key Account Managers to provide support to partners.
  5. Analyze sales metrics to gain insights into performance and identify areas for improvement.

Our expectations

  1. A successful track record in B2B sales or B2C restaurant sales.
  2. Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  3. Experienced negotiator.
  4. Ability to work with data and use insights to drive sales.
  5. Ability to independently manage a pipeline and consistently meet sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in both Swedish and English to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
