We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and support our expansion across Europe. As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on frequent visits to potential new customers. Your ability to build relationships through face-to-face interactions will be key to driving the growth of our solutions across Europe.

The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, and communicating the technical benefits of our offerings. You will work closely with internal teams, including product development, to ensure customers receive the best possible service. Your ability to negotiate contracts, resolve customer concerns, and execute effective sales strategies will be critical in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Duni Group through proactive prospecting and customer visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to drive growth and satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs, negotiate business opportunities, and manage contracts.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to communicate the technical aspects of products to customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to promote Duni Group products and increase visibility.
  • Perform basic service work on products at customer sites when necessary to maintain product performance.
Requirements

We are looking for a relationship-driven, results-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food packaging or a related industry. You should also have a solid understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to perform basic service tasks when needed. Additionally, you should be fluent in English and a local language, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills to manage relationships with international clients.
