Job Description
  • You will follow up on leads coming from our business developers and external partners;
  • Fill your own sales pipe through virtual meetings and prospecting;
  • Guide potential customers through our customer cycle with follow-up actions;
  • Build a network of C-level contacts through events, seminars, and daily market interactions;
  • Take the initiative and lead ad-hoc projects supporting the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent language skills in English and Finnish, with Swedish being a plus;
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to address C-level contacts effectively;
  • The ability to convince people with enthusiasm and expertise;
  • An interest in finance, entrepreneurship, and the general functioning of companies;
  • Self-motivation, learning ability, perseverance, and adaptability;
  • A nose for business opportunities and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
