Outbound Sales Specialist

TN Sweden is looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to drive business growth and expansion. As a sales professional with a proven track record, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
Expect:
- A competitive fixed salary with uncapped commission.
- 10% bonus when achieving 110% of your quarterly quota.
