Strategic Sales Leader

As an Enterprise Account Director at LinkedIn, you'll be responsible for leading a strategic account development program focused on the Staffing/Recruitment industry. You'll help customers understand the financial value of our solutions, work with them to measure that value, and build long-term relationships that secure ongoing revenue growth for both parties.

You'll be accountable for driving customer growth, identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value, and preparing thoughtful questions and insights in advance of customer meetings. A successful candidate will have experience selling to the Staffing Sector, both directly and through partners, and a strong understanding of software contract terms and conditions.

Responsibilities include building relationships with decision makers, driving customer decision making, and using data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections.

Preferred qualifications include negotiation and forecasting skills, ability to assess business opportunities, and experience selling SaaS solutions.
