Client Relations Specialist

- Collaborate directly with hiring managers and/or other relevant customer contacts to facilitate staff augmentation needs and related transactions;
- Conduct operational meetings with dedicated hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare job descriptions and requisitions;
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and submit candidates to hiring managers for review;
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, suppliers, and hiring managers;
- Negotiate bill rates and evaluate candidates;
- Administer projects, project extensions, and related tasks;
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including onboarding new suppliers and communicating standards, processes, and ways of working;
- Address suppliers' and customers' inquiries;
- Maintain daily contact with strategic suppliers to ensure a consistent flow and pipeline;
- Provide strategic market insights based on client-specific needs;
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with program teams to deliver first-class service to clients and suppliers, develop expertise as an advisor within your area of responsibility, contribute to the development of internal processes and ways of working, and add value to clients by providing relevant market insights.
