As a leading global asset manager, we provide outcome-focused solutions to institutional and wealth clients. Our mission is to work in partnership with clients to secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and wealth clients in Sweden, reporting to the Head of Nordics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and retain existing business with CIOs and portfolio managers.
- Develop and execute strategies to cross-sell to existing clients and drive new revenue across products and client types.
- Lead client and prospect meetings, and engage in brand building and sales activities with investors.
- Collaborate with Nuveen's Specialist and investment teams to drive new business opportunities and solve complex client issues.
- Lead support staff on assigned client relationships to provide client service and implement sales strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's overall development.
- At least 10 years' experience in financial services, with asset management industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record in institutional sales, with experience in alternatives and traditional asset classes.
- Established network of key decision makers within relevant institutions in the Nordic region.
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to close business and build strong working partnerships.
- Solid product and investment knowledge, with a general understanding of financial markets and regulatory landscapes.
- Degree in a related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing).
- Self-motivated individual, with the ability to take ownership and ensure outcomes are achieved.
