**Job Overview


TN Sweden is seeking an experienced Upper Extremities Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote and sell our Upper Extremities product portfolio in the upper part of Sweden with a focus on the Stockholm area.


**Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to promote and sell our Upper Extremities product portfolio in the upper part of Sweden with a focus on the Stockholm area.
  • Implementing marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conducting negotiations, including with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments.
  • Providing product training and advice to surgical & theatre staff.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Participating in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.

**Requirements:


  • Experience in sales or business development within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong enthusiasm for medical technology and passion for selling complex products with excellent customer service.
  • Ability to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
