Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our industrial operations at Northvolt Poland. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profitability. Key areas of focus will include:
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Developing and implementing financial models to support business decisions
- Providing financial guidance to project managers on project financials and forecasts
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. A degree in business, accounting, or finance is required, along with minimum 3 years' experience in business control, financial control, or similar.
