About the RoleWe're seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as Head of Sales & Marketing. As part of our global growth strategy, you will play a key role in driving sales and marketing efforts worldwide, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Your primary focus will be on building and developing business relationships with new and existing customers worldwide. You will work closely with our product development team to ensure our products meet customer needs and expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a sales and leadership organization, overseeing budgeting and performance reporting within marketing and sales, and ensuring effective and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize growth potential.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive global growth.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our products meet customer needs.
- Leadership: Manage a sales and leadership organization, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Proven track record of success in global marketing and sales, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Expertise in business development, sales strategy, and product development.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
