Revenue Operations Specialist

We're at a pivotal stage of growth, and we need a skilled Revenue Operations team to help sustain our long-term momentum. As a key contributor, you'll elevate our sales operations and align go-to-market strategies across the sales team. Working closely with Sales Leadership, you'll lead mission-critical, cross-functional projects while collaborating with the Sales team to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the daily operations of the Sales organization and collaborating with Sales Leadership.
- Analyzing and recommending improvements in the sales process and system usage.
- Developing robust workflows and reporting functionalities in our sales tools.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis and driving insights to enhance sales initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
- The ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reports and analyses.
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical thinking and experience solving complex problems.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to undefined processes.
