At EasyPark Group, we're passionate about improving urban life. We're looking for a talented Revenue Operations Manager to join our newly established Revenue Operations function.
This is a high-impact role with the potential to shape the future of our business. You'll work on strategic initiatives that span multiple departments and have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop Winning Strategies: Create go-to-market strategies, compelling content, and provide resources for our sales team's success.
Drive Efficiency: Streamline and automate our sales processes to eliminate bottlenecks and improve performance.
Unlock Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data, build dashboards, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Fuel Sales Performance: Set ambitious goals, track progress, and coach sales reps to achieve their full potential.
Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and drive shared success.
Manage Incentive Compensation: Oversee our sales incentive program, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Business Strategy, Finance, Analytics, or Consulting.
Industry Know-How: B2B SaaS experience and the ability to collaborate across revenue and technical teams.
Collaboration: You're a team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in BI reporting (preferably Looker), SQL, and a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making and systems thinking.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales tech stacks, including CRM, sequencing, and dialer tools, with a curiosity for exploring emerging technologies like AI to enhance workflows and drive efficiency.
Growth Mindset: You're passionate about learning and development, and you're always looking for ways to improve.
