We're looking for an experienced Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team in driving revenue growth across Europe by expanding our merchant base in the online gambling industry.

The successful candidate will identify new merchant opportunities among online gambling operators, establish a strong pipeline of potential clients, and work closely with the Integration team to ensure smooth implementation and go-live process.

About the Team:

The Gaming Sales team drives our organization's success by expanding our merchant base in the gambling industry.

The team manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to supporting merchants go live with Trustly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution.
  2. Establish a strong pipeline of gambling operator opportunities across European markets.
  3. Work closely with the Integration team to ensure smooth implementation and go-live process.
  4. Ensure high sales activity output.
  5. Collaborate with Trustly's Gaming Account Management and Partnership teams to drive sales activity.
  6. Participate in industry marketing activities to establish business as a market leader.

Requirements:

  1. Self-starter with a strong ownership mentality.
  2. At least 3-5 years experience in complex B2B sales and/or business development, preferably in payments for online gambling.
  3. Large network in the online gambling and/or payments industry.
  4. Solution-driven problem solver with a creative mindset.
  5. Strong team player with excellent communication skills in English and preferably another European language.
  6. A proven track record of sales success.
